Job Title: Customer Support Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner.3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our products and services.5. Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or other departments as necessary.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.7. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve root causes of customer issues.8. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills.Requirements:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.6. 1-2 years of customer support experience preferred.7.
