  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their queries, concerns, or issues.
Assist customers in troubleshooting problems and guide them through the process of resolving complaints.
Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies set by the company.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or team for further investigation.
Meet or exceed the company's key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Participate in training sessions to improve knowledge and skills related to customer service.
