Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

 Independently manage P.O. related work communication from the quoting stage to completion with all stake holders.

 Act as a liaison between the team at the office and site, as well as with Customers, throughout the execution.

 Expected to take the lead during execution and resolve issues with the support of relevant team members.

Capabilities and competencies:

 Capable of handling customer queries and complaints.

 Strong coordination skills to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

 Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

 Organizational skills and, including time management, planning, goal setting, and decision-making.

Qualification:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

 Proficiency in MS Office.
