  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • Understand customer's need & solve queries
We Are Hiring – Support Executive

Location: Jayanagar (4th Block – Corporate Office)
Education: Graduate
Experience: 1 to 4 years
⏳ Shifts:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational weekday week-offs)

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries related to:

Doctor appointments
Home sample collection
Medicine delivery (e.g., insulin, oxygen)
✅ Manage customer interactions via:
Inbound Calls
Chat Support
Tickets & Emails
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic responses
✅ Address concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset
✅ Be flexible to work beyond standard hours when required
Requirements:
✔️ Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)
✔️ Basic Excel knowledge
✔️ Languages (Preferred): Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada (added advantage)
