We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team for Vibrant Tech Solutions in Bangalore at our BTM Layout location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Customer Support. Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
