We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team for Vibrant Tech Solutions in Bangalore at our Singasandra location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to CUSTOMER SUPPORT. The role offers ₹15000 - ₹18000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate should have 0-0.5 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi, Marathi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Rotational shift.
