Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Support Executive to join our team for Vk Forwarders in Pune at our Wanawari location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Logistics. The role offers ₹12000 - ₹15000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Below 10th, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Flexible shift.
