Location: Goregaon (W). Department: Operations

Its a Non BPO Cooperate offer

Department: Operations Work Type: Full-Time | Onsite I 24/7 Rotational Shifts (9 hrs/day) Weekly Offs: 6 per month Salary: 4.5 LPA (based on skills and experience

Graduate from a recognized university/college Fluent in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus) Good knowledge of MS Office and customer service systems 1-2 years of experience in Travel or Insurance industry (Contact center experience is a bonus)

Experience as a travel consultant, travel agent, or with an insurance company/broker in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills
