Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls related to policy renewals and retention.

• Educate customers on policy benefits and renewal procedures.

• Identify upselling opportunities and cross-sell relevant products.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve queries efficiently.

• Achieve monthly retention and sales targets.

Compensation

• Fresher: 12,500 (In-Hand/Take Home)

• Experienced (up to 2+ years): Up to 2.50 LPA CTC / 18,000 Monthly

• Incentives based on performance as per company policy
