Job Description:

 Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

 Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

 Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

 Escalating customer feedback as required.

Qualifications:

 Experience of 4+ years within Customer Service role with Team lead position.

 Bachelor’s degree or Post Graduation

 Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills

 Languages: English & Kannada Mandatory

 Prior experience in software’s such as Lead Square (or any similar CRM), Ameyo, Zoho)
