Handle inbound & outbound calls

- Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their loan
overdue and convince them to pay the outstanding loan amount.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.
