Job Title: Email and Chat Process Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Email and Chat Process Executive to join our customer service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

3. •Email Quality•: Ensure that all email responses meet quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and tone.
•Chat Management•
1. •Respond to Customer Chats•: Respond to customer chats in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and answering questions.
2. •Chat Resolution•: Resolve customer complaints and issues via chat, escalating complex issues to senior management as necessary.
3. •Chat Quality•: Ensure that all chat responses meet quality standards, including grammar, spelling, and tone.
•Additional Responsibilities•
1. •Customer Service•: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and timely.
2. •Problem-Solving•: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, using problem-solving skills to identify solutions.
3. •Knowledge Management•: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and policies, using this knowledge to respond to customer inquiries.
4. •Quality Monitoring•: Participate in quality monitoring activities, including call monitoring and email/chat reviews.
Requirements:
1. •Education•: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
2. •Experience•: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an email and chat environment.
3. •Skills•:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
