We are seeking a motivated and professional Email & Chat Support Executive to join our team for Greenocare Soutions Private Limited in Hyderabad at our Hi-Tech City location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Loan/ Credit Card. The role offers ₹21500 - ₹40000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
