We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Field
Champion at Monitra Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for providing in-home
monitoring services for our innovative upBeat® device, designed to improve the health and
well-being of patients
Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for deployment/pickup of the upBeat® device on the user
● Overall problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary
● Handle any operations-related activities that may be required
● Interact with patients and caregivers with empathy and care, providing support and
assistance as needed.
● Reporting of the deployments/pickup done to the coordinator
● Provide technical information and explanations to users, ensuring they have a clear
understanding of the device.
● Maintain accurate records of deployments and pickups, reporting them to the
designated coordinator.
● Report any feedback received from users to the coordinator, facilitating necessary
improvements or adjustments.
Candidate requirements/qualifications:
● Any Intermediate/Graduate pass
● Two Wheeler with a valid Driving Licence are required.
● Good customer service with excellent communication skills
● Proficient in English, Hindi, Regional language
● Ability to work under pressure
● Caring and compassionate personality
● Should have a good knowledge of operating android phones
● Should have the ability to understand the product and its working
