We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Field Payment Collection Executive (Field Boy) to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect payments by phone calls or client visits, ensuring timely collection and proper documentation. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Collection:
Collect payments from clients either via phone or through direct client visits.
Provide clients with receipts or confirmation of payment where applicable.
Client Management:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
Address client queries regarding payment procedures and resolve any issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of collected payments and submit timely reports to the management.
Update payment status in the company’s system and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Route & Schedule Management:
Plan daily schedules and routes to efficiently manage client visits and ensure maximum collection coverage.
Coordinate with the office team for follow-ups and to update client information.
Qualifications:
Education:
Must be an above 12th pass.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field payment collection or a related role.
Licenses & Equipment:
Possess a valid 2-wheeler license.
Must own a 2-wheeler.
Skills:
Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic knowledge of record keeping and reporting.
