Field Collection Executive

Location: Shyam Nagar, Sodala, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Reports to: Collection Manager / Head of Collections

Job Summary:

The Collection Team Leader manages and supports a team of collection agents to meet recovery targets and improve collection efficiency. They provide guidance, monitor performance, and implement strategies to maximize collections while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate the collection team to achieve individual and team targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as call volumes, recovery rates, and delinquency levels, and take corrective actions as needed.

Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce bad debt.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all collection activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.

Customer Interaction: Handle escalated cases, negotiate payment plans, and ensure professional customer communication.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports on team performance, challenges, and improvement plans.

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in collection processes and suggest improvements.
