Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Executive (FOS) to join our team. The Field Executive will be responsible for on-ground activities, interacting directly with customers/clients, executing field operations, and ensuring smooth delivery of services/products as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit clients/customers as per daily route plans or assignments..

• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of activities.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.

• Meet individual and team targets set by management.

• Handle any field-related challenges proactively and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum [12th Pass / Graduate] in any discipline.

• Proven experience in a field executive or similar role preferred.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic tech-savvy (smartphone use, )
  Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if travel is involved).

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
