• Responsibilities

1. Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payment plans.

2. Negotiate payment arrangements to maximize debt recovery.

3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment plans.

4. Report progress on collections and accounts.

5. Collaborate with legal teams for escalated cases.

6. Stay informed of relevant financial laws and regulations.

7. Evaluate and implement effective debt recovery strategies.
