Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recovery Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with clients, ensuring timely payments, and managing outstanding dues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact clients via phone, email, and in-person visits to follow up on overdue payments.

• Maintain accurate records of payment status and follow-up activities.

• Negotiate payment plans and settlements with clients.

• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding balances.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and ensure smooth payment processes.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on recovery progress.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle challenging conversations with professionalism.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
