Job Description

1. Ensure equipment is functioning optimally by performing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to customers2. diagnose problems, conduct repairs and installations3. frontline technical support for customers, minimizing downtime and maximizing equipment uptime.4. Installing new equipment, configuring systems, and ensuring proper integration with existing infrastructure. 5. Maintaining records of service activities, documenting findings, and preparing reports. 6. Person with hardware and networking skills would be preferable7. Kannada, hindi and tamil language is an added advantage
