Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to installs, maintains, and repairs device& systems at client sites.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Install, modify, clean, and repair equipment
• Diagnose technical issues and implement solutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols
• Document service activities and maintain records
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Skills and requirements
• ITI or Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Fitter/Electrical
• Minimum 6 months of experience as Field Service Technician or relevant.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to transfer technical knowledge to less experienced engineers
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues via telephone also.

Requirements:
• Posting: KOCHI, Kerala, Resident Engineer
• Two-Wheeler MUST with a valid License
• Android Mobile Phone - MUST
• Traveling: across all customers in Kerala/Goa/Mangalore/Coimbatore
• Region and sometimes to neighbouring areas like Chennai etc. as per requirements
