Ø  BTS/Enode B-4g-5G integration and commissioning

Ø  SNOC coordination

Ø  M/W and TX integration and commissioning

Ø  Guide the RF Team to achieve Drive Test KPIs.

Ø  2G/4G/5G KPI Follow-ups.

Ø  Ensure that each Team/Member has the tools it needs to meet project milestones

Ø  Ensure completion of Site Audits and Optimization in a given time frame.

Ø  Testing field equipment for Accuracy.

Ø  Lead troubleshooting activities for performance-related network issues.

Ø  Ensure Timely Log & Report submission to Customer

Ø  Work with field personnel to handle project issues as they arise.

Ø  GIS-based optimization.
