Field Service Engineer – Laptop & Desktop Support

• Provide laptop/desktop troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement solutions.

• Install, configure and upgrade laptop/desktop components and software.Attend customer calls for hardware issues

• Perform part replacement and basic troubleshooting onsite

• Coordinate with backend teams for part support and call closure

• Ensure timely call resolution and documentation

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory (for field mobility)
