We have a urgent requirement of Floor Manager in our BPO Process. Candidate should have experience in the same post for 1 to 2 years.

Must have knowledge of CRM system and team handling.

Candidate should have good communication skill to deal with the clients.

Also good in computer operating mail drafting and work allocating.
