Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in multiple languages.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.

• Promote products/services and generate leads when required.

• Collaborate with different departments to escalate unresolved queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, etc.].

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior experience in a telecalling, customer service, or sales role is preferred.

• Strong listening skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or sales.

• Experience in the BPO or call center industry.

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
