International Customer Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating with global customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for international customers.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Education: PUC (minimum); a bachelor’s degree is a plus.

2. Experience: 0-3 years in international customer service, call centers, or related fields preferred.

3. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting.

5. Customer Handling: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and ability to handle difficult customers.

6. Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and weekends.

7. Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple queries and work under pressure.
