International Customer Support Executive

We require a Customer Service Executive (Female) for well reputed Clothing brand. It is a Work from Home job.

The work involves handling queries of NRIs over phone and live chat. You are expected to be online 9 pm to 6 am and respond to Customer queries.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in Customer Support

• Excellent communication in English plus Tamil or Kannada or Telugu or Hindi

• Available to join immediately

• Ability to work independently

• Candidates with frequent job changes won't be considered

Key points to note

• It is 6 days a week job

• Induction will happen for 15 days in Chennai Head Office, during day time. After 15 days, you will be moved to WFH

• Chennai candidates preferred, as you need to report to office once or twice in a month for meeting and know about new arrivals. This will happen during day time

Salary: Rs.18,000 - Rs.22,000 (depending upon experience)

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
