· Customer Service Associate

Job Role: -

· Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels.

· Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Expedia's customer service guidelines.

· Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Qualification: -

· Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Salary: -

· Fresher: 21K CTC – 17K in hand

· Experience: Upto 24K CTC – 20947K in hand.

· 5 Days working , evening and night shifts ,2 Rotational Week Off.
