Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

• Interact with U.S. clients to understand their issues and provide technical assistance via phone, email, chat, or support tickets.
• Provide first-line support for cloud-based applications and services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, such as computing resources, networking, storage, and databases.
• Offer clear, professional, and timely responses to client queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent English Written and Communication Skill
• Microsoft Certified (e.g., Azure Administrator, MCSA, MCSE) preferred
Other Technical Knowledge:
• Install and upgrade Windows Server OS.
• Manage Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
• Oversee updates, patches, and security measures.
• Troubleshoot server, hardware, and network issues.
• Manage virtualization with Hyper-V and backup strategies.
• Incorporate cloud solutions and ensure cybersecurity.
