Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries
Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly

Manage time to handle multiple calls

Responsibilities:
Handling Calls: Answer and manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
