We are seeking a motivated and professional International Voice Process to join our team for Boston Business Solutions in Chennai at our Ambattur location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to voice process. Key Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 5 days working during the Night shift.
