  • International Calling: Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers based in various countries, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries or issues.

  • Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients in a clear, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Problem Solving: Identify customer issues, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions in real-time.

  • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies to deliver accurate information and support.

  • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately update customer records, track interactions, and document all actions taken in the system.

  • Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality customer service standards by adhering to guidelines, call handling procedures, and performance metrics.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of customer issues.

  • Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (as per the company schedule), catering to different international time zones.

  • Fluent Communication: Proficiency in English with excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to speak with a neutral accent is a plus.

  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changes quickly, and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
