• Issue Resolution: Efficiently identify customer issues, providing clear and timely solutions to resolve inquiries and complaints.

• Product Knowledge: Learn and stay informed about our products and services to deliver accurate information and support.

• Cross-Cultural Communication: Effectively communicate with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring positive and clear interactions.

• Documentation: Record customer interactions and outcomes accurately in the company CRM system.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Customer Retention: Provide excellent service to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.

• Feedback and Reporting: Collect feedback and report recurring issues to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
