As an International Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls for customers from various international locations. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, providing technical support, handling complaints, and offering solutions in a professional and effective manner.
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers to provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and queries related to products/services, guiding them through troubleshooting processes when required.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support.
Communication Skills: Speak clearly and professionally with international customers while understanding their concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
Fluent Communication: Excellent command of the English language (or any other required language) with neutral or clear pronunciation. Additional language skills may be a plus.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with difficult customers professionally.
Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve customer issues effectively.
Patience & Empathy: Demonstrate patience, empathy, and active listening skills.
