Team Leader/Asst. Operations Manager
Position Mission:
The primary goal of this role is to understand the client’s expectations about the Recruitment Services/SLA, and deliver the result accordingly on a daily, weekly, or as per the process set by the client.
The person will be responsible for meeting the team’s service delivery at the right time, and costs for our client.
Must be a key player in client service delivery; must understand the set guidelines and processes per the IMS policy and project.
Should be flexible to work for any client and project assigned occasionally.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
Fostering long-term relationships with candidates
Reviewing and understanding job requirements
Reviewing applicants to verify if position requirements are met
Researching new technologies.
Maintaining the database
Preparing and sending daily recruiting reports to the team manager
Handling clients and conference calls
Essential Functions:
Managing client delivery as per SLA
Adhering to all the information security and privacy policy
Reporting incidents of privacy breaches to information security
Qualifications, Experience & Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 5 year
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skill
Good knowledge of MS Office and proficiency using the internet and social media channels
Recruiting and sourcing skills
Negotiation and selling skills
Analytical skills

Job Timings: US Shift 6:30 to 3:30
Salary: 40K CTC (Salary is depended upon the experience and last drawn)
