Job Summary 

Be the spark that brightens someone’s day while igniting your career with TTEC’s award-winning employment experience. As a Chat Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle customer interactions via email and chat, providing solutions with empathy and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Respond to incoming customer communications via email and chat. 

• Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service with professionalism and empathy. 

• In certain situations, conduct outbound calls to partners and customers. 

• Serve as a key contributor to enhancing the client, customer, and employee experience. 

Qualifications 

• Education: High School Diploma. 

• Experience: 

• 6 months or more of customer service experience preferred. 

• Freshers are welcome to apply. 

• Experience in the Travel and Hospitality sector is a plus. 

• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling. 

• Proficient with computers and general technical skills. 

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
