We're looking for a sharp and energetic individual to join our team and lead software demos for our prospects.Roles & Responsibilities:Conduct 1:1 live demos of our SaaS platform to potential clients (via Zoom/Meet)Understand client needs and showcase how our software solves their problemsAnswer queries about features, pricing, use-cases, and onboardingCoordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up after the demoUpdate CRM with demo outcomes and notesAssist in creating demo scripts or FAQ documents when neededSkills Required:Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)Confidence in presenting and explaining software to othersBasic understanding of SaaS tools, funnels, or CRMs (training will be provided)Ability to handle objections and keep the conversation client-focusedFamiliarity with Zoom, Google Meet, and screen sharing toolsQualifications:Graduate or pursuing final year0–2 years of experience in customer support/sales/demo roleTech-savvy and eager to learn new tools quicklyWorking Hours:6 Days/Week (Sunday off)Flexible working with calendar-based scheduling (as per client calls)Perks:Full training on JDGLOBALSYNC software and funnelsWork-from-home flexibilityOpportunity to grow into a Sales or Onboarding Manager rolePerformance-based incentives after 3 months
