Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 1 LPA- 2.5 LPA
Experience: 6 months or 1+ years
Preferred Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA
Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record daily financial transactions, including expenses and revenues.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
• Generate financial reports for management as needed.
• Utilize Tally for data entry and reconciliation.
• Use Excel at an intermediate level for data analysis and reporting.
• Maintain basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry changes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve financial issues.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• A Master's degree in Finance (MBA in Finance) is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally and intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
• The candidate has their vehicle and is capable of traveling to fulfill office-related responsibilities.
