We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Real Estate Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the real estate sales process from within the office. You will serve as a key liaison between potential clients, agents, and the broader sales team—helping to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Respond to inbound inquiries from potential buyers, sellers, or investors.
Conduct outbound calls to nurture leads and qualify prospects.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity.
Client Engagement:
Educate clients on real estate offerings, services, and market trends.
Schedule appointments and property showings for field agents.
Follow up with clients post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and interest.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with field agents and marketing team to manage sales pipeline.
Assist in preparing client presentations, contracts, and marketing materials.
Track progress of deals and support documentation needs.
Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on local market conditions, pricing trends, and competitor activity.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling real estate services.
