• Actively establish and maintain positive relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional service with bankers, listening to their needs, and addressing their concerns.

• Manage client accounts and act as the key point of contact from the company.

• Collaborate across departments with sales and banks to ensure that payment follow up and disbursement done on timely manner.

• Find key personnel in bank to establish profitable relationships.

• Approach potential customers to cultivate fruitful relationships.
