### Relationship Manager - Scope of Work (SMK Financial Services)

•Job Title:• Relationship Manager
•Scope of Work:•

- •Demat Account Support:•
- Provide support to clients who have opened Demat accounts through you for day-to-day intraday trading.
- Maintain regular communication to improve clients' trading experience and assist in •revenue generation• through their trading activities.

- •Cross-Selling:•
- Promote and sell additional products such as mutual funds, Insurance ,ETFs, PMS, and AIFs to mapped clients beyond trading services.

- •Target-Based Role:•
- Achieve predefined targets for revenue generation.
- Meet cross-selling objectives for other financial products.

•Required Skills:•
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of Demat accounts and trading (training will be provided).
- Ability to understand clients' financial needs and offer appropriate solutions.

•Training Support:•
- Comprehensive training will be provided by the company to equip you with the necessary skills and in-depth knowledge of the products.

•Purpose of the Role:•
To build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their trading and financial needs, driving revenue growth for the company, and fostering long-term business associations.
