Salary :

Upto 30,000 INR (Depending on Interview and Experience)

Qualifications : Graduation in Commerce and Arts streams

Experience : Min 2-3 years of experience in relevant field

Job Profile :

- Independently handling inbound queries through

telephone calls from prospects, existing clients, dealers, etc

- Drafting e-mail responses for business correspondence

including customer inquiries, inbound and outbound

communication, logistics, etc

- Preparation of Commercial Documents like proforma and

final invoices, billing documents, packing list, quotation,

etc. for both local and export queries and orders

- knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including MS Word,

MS Excel, MS Outlook are a must

- Coordination with local and international clients for their

order dispatch, documentation requirements, etc

- Good command on English language (both written and

spoken)

We will prefer a candidate with knowledge of the typical manufacturing/B2B sequence of documentation – quotation-purchase order-proforma invoice-final tax invoice, etc.
