Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet targets and quality standards

• Act as a liaison between design, production, quality control, and logistics teams

• Maintain production schedules and monitor work progress against deadlines

• Ensure timely procurement and availability of raw materials and components

• Track production output, material usage, and labor efficiency

• Generate daily and weekly reports for senior management

• Help implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous process improvements

• Maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols

• Address production delays and bottlenecks proactively

• Support HR in workforce planning for the production floor (attendance, shift planning, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in production coordination (preferably in steel or modular furniture industry)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
