Job Profile:-
• Handle incoming enquiry calls and register enquiries in the Sales Register, ensuring all enquiries received through calls and website are recorded.
• Share new enquiries with the designated team member for allotment and forward the assigned leads to the concerned Salesperson.
• Prepare and maintain all types of sales/quotation records.
• Prepare offers and technical specification sheets as per the BOQ received, Proforma Invoices (PI) / Order acceptance for purchase orders and related documents and share them with the concerned Salesperson.
• Follow up with the Sales team on drawing approvals, the status of offers submitted.
• Coordinate with the Production team for the timely execution and delivery of orders and follow up for timely delivery of materials.
• Follow up with customers for payments (advance/part payment/final payment), dispatches, unloading, site clearances, and ensure proper communication with customers regarding delivery status.
• Monitor payment collection including advance/part payment/final payments after installation.
• Coordinate with the Installation/Projects team for timely execution of projects and address any issues.
• Update the Priority List based on the daily discussion with the Sales team and provide it accordingly.
• Supervise the daily activities of the sales staff, ensuring alignment with team goals, and maintain attendance records based on their Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
• At the month-end, follow up on sales team travel expenses, check details, and submit them to accounts team.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team for mailer campaigns, participation in exhibitions, and assist in preparing promotional materials or events.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences across India.
• Handle the processing of orders with accuracy and within specified timelines, ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly and maintain excellent communication with both internal teams and customers.
• Prepare delivery orders, invoice details, and release to stores for dispatch arrangements, ensure timely submission of dispatch documentation to customers, and update customers & sales team on the delivery status.
