Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and following up with clients.

• Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address basic queries.

• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases.

• Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Prepare and share sales reports with management.

• Support in organizing sales meetings and events.
