Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1Primaryresponsibility2.1.1Receipt of all enquiries and record them in INFOR & enquiry monitoring sheet.2.1.2Forward the enquiry to relevant vertical sales team.2.1.3Keep tracking of all enquiries received /Quote Vertical wise / day & month.2.1.4Creating Opportunity/quotation (Product and service)2.1.5Acknowledging the order to Customer on receipt of PO.2.1.6Assist the teams in marketing campaigns.2.1.7Adherence to KPI’s & SLA’s2.1.8Creating the Sales Order.2.1.9Collect customer feedbacks after every delivery for products2.1.10Collaborate with team in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.2.1.11Coordination with SCM for material delivery/collection for stock items/forward deliveries.2.1.12Follow up with accounts team for invoice2.1.13Support during the Internal Audits and External audit.
