Inform customers about product & services
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Understand customer's need & solve queries

Sales Coordinator

Support and serve the client after sales at every step
Ensure regular updates to clients
Maintain the client happiness index to the highest
Co-ordinate with the client and team effectively
Ensure business development from existing clients
Maintain good relations with existing clients
Follow-up and convert on the client inquiries
Ensure increase in the percentage of repeat and recurring clients
Ensure to take referrals and nurture them
Client nurturing and referral nurturing

Application of FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY. Working hours are 12 pm to 9 pm and weekly one fixed off. Saturday and Sunday are compulsory working.
