Job Description
- Inform customers about product & services
- Handle inbound & outbound calls
- Understand customer's need & solve queries
It is necessary to know Kannada language.
• Franchise Explanation: Clearly explain the franchise business model, investment requirements, and operational benefits.
• Follow-up: Stay in touch with leads, provide more information, and track progress toward closing deals.
• Sales Conversion: Close leads and convert them into franchisees by guiding them through the entire process.
• Taking Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face meetings with interested leads to present the franchise opportunity and answer queries.
• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to position the franchise effectively.
• Phone and Presentation Skills: Ability to engage with leads effectively over the phone and deliver impactful presentations during meetings.
• Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings, presenting company proposals, and collecting payments. All travel expenses are covered by the company (site visits are exclusive to male candidates)
