Job Title: Sales Executive - Apparel Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the apparel industry. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and promoting our brand in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to meet sales targets while providing outstanding customer service.
Sales Generation:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned territories.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Manage the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers (wholesalers, retailers, and individual clients).
Provide personalized assistance to customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, new product launches, and competitor activities.
Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to help inform sales strategies.
Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Product Knowledge & Brand Promotion:
Promote and demonstrate the brand’s products, including new arrivals, bestsellers, and exclusive collections.
Educate customers on product features, fabric quality, sizing, and other key selling points.
Ensure the correct positioning of the brand and products in the market.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Assist in sales forecasting and inventory planning.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events as required.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the apparel industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
