Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing personalized assistance to customers, showcasing our jewelry collections, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.  

• Provide detailed information about product features, materials, and craftsmanship.  

• Showcase and demonstrate jewelry items, highlighting their unique qualities.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall store performance.

• Stay updated on jewelry trends, designs, and market knowledge.

• Handle inventory and ensure proper display of merchandise.

• Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong command of the English language (both spoken and written).

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.

• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in POS systems.

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
